AMC#1 | Skylight installation
As we did with the windows, the skylights received heavy duty blue protection tape immediately after they were installed. That we we hopefully avoid any damage or scratches in the glass during the remainder of construction. Our roofers dried the back part of the roof in by applying a membrane weather shield as an underlayment
AMC#1 | Demolition begins
Yesterday we started demolition on our Southlake project. We framed and drywalled the old door openings to the main house to isolate the construction area in the back part of the house. That way our clients don’t have to deal with the construction traffic and dust until we are ready to close the back part
