Well… it’s that time of the year. Kids are back in school and life is getting back into a “normal” rhythm. I know our website has been quite for a while, but we at EGC Custom Homes have been hard at work, building, designing and planning for upcoming projects. We currently have one of the coolest houses – and I mean that literally – under construction at 5733 Greenbrier in the Dallas neighborhood of Devonshire. This custom home is approx 3,300 sqft and will be Energy Star and LEED certified with a projected HERS index of 51 and a projected LEED Gold certification. EGC is working hard to stay ahead of the curve and being a leader and innovator of custom home builders in Dallas.
